Winter 2010 Team Sign-up Form

Registration will be announced soon for League in February.

Cost will be $300 per team or $45 per person, which includes the cost of shirts.

Games will start in February 2010.

Games will be played on Thursday nights and possibly Tuesday nights depending on total number of teams.
